Unable to get emails in crm when email sent from outlook or OWA .
I have server side synchronization for my organization khopoli.crm5.dynamics.com , i have installed outlook client and using sss .
I am sending emails to my customers which are a contacts record from outlook , the email is not seen in CRM .
Increasing the maximum limit above 10 for calculated fields in a query for an entity .
When i am trying to create new chart for accounts , it is giving a unexpected error .
It is due to maximum limit of calculated fields exceeded above 10
Unable to get Sales Literature Entity on the CRM Mobile app
When we try to enable the Sales literature Entity for CRM mobile App .
Enable for mobile is Greyed out .
Steps to reach this :
Settings > customizations > Customize system > Entities > Sales Literature > Enable for Phone .
