undock maps to be shown on second screen
as many customers work anyway on two screens it would enhance the way of working if the map is undocked and can be shown on the second screen.

altough it is now possible to convert the html page into a pdf, it creates page breaks without any regard of the position. so the signature or a picture ist just split in two pages.
