There should be an option that allows the dimensions associated with the item on a sales line to not be overridden by the dimensions associated with the customer at the header level

There should be validation on the report criteria that forces the Include Closing Entries within the period when a date range is specified that have these entries. This would prevent generation of a report which is confusing and misleading.
