Ability to manage address entity with security roles
At this moment, it's impossible to manage user access to the address entity with security roles. For example, I need to prevent user from deleting Contacts or Accounts so I restrict deletion privileges on these entitities but users can't delete addresses... By giving them deletion priviledges ...
Automatically copying phone number to followup on appointment
When a user creates a phone call follow up from an appointment, it would be nice to transfer the client phone number in the field "Phone Number". The phone call window has this field available but unfortunately, it looks like the CRM does not set the phone number in it.
