Add theme to content blocks
It should be possible to customize the theme when creating new content blocks just as it is with brand profiles and marketing emails. The current inconsistency disrupts the email's cohesive design and necessitates extra manual adjustments.

When adding a compliance profile to a segment (purpose or topic), both active and inactive profiles are displayed, causing confusion and clutter in our workflow.
