Data refresh / build failure when Admin user locale other than EN-US
When doing a data refresh to e.g. Standard Acceptance Test -environment, the refresh fails unless the Admin -user locale is set to EN-US. Same failure occurs when doing a full build if the locale is not EN-US. The error message does not clarify the reason for failure at all. Please fix the data ...
