Add options on Report Selection

I think it would be useful to add:
- on the Report Selections - Purchase -> "P. Subcontracting Order"
- on the Report Selection - Inventory -> "Subcontr. Transfer Order"
- on the Report Selections - Sales -> "S. Accomp Invoice"

- a timestamp for the creation of the package
- a timestamp for the deployment
So It's possible to check when the package was created and deployed (particularly useful for the customer’s production environment)
