Integrate Planner with Dynamics CRM Online
It would be great to have Planner Integrated with Dynamics CRM Online (and on-prem if possible). Suggested methods could include:
1) Use the current "Task" Activity type and link it with Planner
2) Create a custom "Planner Task" Activity type
3) Other?

Change Outlook Category Label to "Tracked to Dynamics 365 (Unsuccessful)"
Right now the label is "Tracked to Dynamics 365 (Undeliverable)". The use of the word "Undeliverable" causes a person to think the item was not sent. If the word was changed to "Not Tracked" or "Untrackable" or "Unsuccessful" this would convey a clearer message.

We should be able to edit the columns and sort order of existing views and create our own new views for projects in Customer Voice.
