XML Buffer table - event to skip COUNT
Creating an XML using "XML Buffer" table "NumElements := COUNT" is executed very often. This causes performance to decrease the larger the XML files are.
A publisher like "OnBeforeCount" with IsHandled would be helpful to skip this code, when NumElements is not needed.
