Warmup tool to fill up form cache
A tool to 'warmup' the Production system after a code release would be useful , in order to reduce the slowness when users open a form for the first time. A configurable tool that allows to specify which menu items should be opened automatically would be helpful. RSAT is not allowed in Production.
