Progress bar should be on the top of page
currently the progress bar shows in the bottom of the customer voice page, it does not follow the WCAG 2.0 guideline. we have this accessibility issue for that. could that be resolved nearly?

there is no page number showing in the customer voice page if there are multiple pages for the questions. can It be included as part of the heading, such as "title xxx (Page 1 of %)"? this will be accessible for those disabled persons. thanks.
Focus order should start on the top of page after click 'Next' button
