CRM - Integrate custom activity fields in the outlook client
If you customize for example the email or task activity and add some custom attributes it is not possible to fill them from outlook. So we need to change to the web ui to fill these additional fields

Allow QueueItem to be used in workflows and to start workflows
At the moment it is not possible to send an email if a new item appears in a queue because it is not possible to bind the workflow to the QueueItem entity.
Because of that you have to program all such things as plugins or write your own program which do such think per WS.
