Exclude consumer empties and pallets from cash discount calculation
Cash discount is now applied to the whole voucher/invoice/order.
In Belgium the consumer empties, pallets (and other returnable packaging) are not eligible for cash discount. It would be interesting to have a way to exclude these without adding custom code.
