Remove blank lines in Excel export file


After importing records to CRM, if I review the records that failed and want to export them to Excel, there is a blank row entered between every record. So I end up removing them all manually if I want to re-import some or all of the failed records from the Excel file. Can that be corrected to...

Can't select a default Dashboard when in Service or Marketing - only in Sales


Why is there only the option to set a default Dashboard when working in Sales? The same option should be available in Service or Marketing also.
