Allow Short Picking when Pick and Pack is enabled
When Pick and Pack is enabled on a menu item, short picking and overriding the put location is not enabled. Being able to short pick when pick/pack is enabled is something clients have asked for.

Not having to Confirm the UOM on the RF
On the RF app, it makes you confirm the UOM which is an extra click and extra time it takes to pick work. This is a set back/extra step for our client.
