Reminders in Dynamics 365
There are customer who would like to have Appointment reminder in Dynamics 365.
Currently when the status is on free, reminder is not created.

Appointment created within a record, either from the Timeline or activities always sets the status as free.
we would want to create from the root Activity tab, it sets the meeting as Scheduled (Busy) ...

When Customer 1 sends and invite to Customer 2 and Customer 2 fill some response and does not submit the response Customer 1 wants this partially filled data to sync to CDS. Whenever Customer 2 fills data without submitting responses all the data should continuously sync to CDS for Customer 1....
