Disable Copilot chat box feature in Customer Engagement application at User level.
Currently, admin can only turn off Copilot chat feature in Customer Engagement app at Tenant level and Environment level.
However, some customers are wanting to have a function to turn off/on this feature at user level.
Please check and consider develop this...
