Ability to add Headers and Footers on Account Schedules
Would be nice to add header and footers to account schedules to identify the company name (full legal name), type of report (i.e. Operations Schedule), and fully date (i.e. 'For the five months ending mm/dd/yyyy').

Account Schedule Header and Monthly Variables
It would be nice if we can add an official Company Name and report titles on account schedules (i.e. Company Name, Statement of Revenue).
Also, would be nice to be able to add variables for months (i.e. CM, FY[1], etc) to headers so they can be shown on reports.
