Have a close current page fuctionality that takes you back to the previous page using the 'x' on the top right of the page (as in OWA).
People are too used to closing windows to navigate to the previous page instead of the browser back button. In OWA the 'x' works very elegantly.

With the Interactive Dashboard Tiles, when you click to expand them you get a listing of records with two fields (primary field & modified on). It would be good to: 1. Configure the fields that get displayed 2. open a view when the tiles are clicked

To avoid SPAM chat sessions blocking real sessions, it would be great to have the option to implement CAPTCHA on pre-conversation survey in Omnichannel.
