in B2B, a new lead can concern a large account already known in CRM. Then, we would need to be able to link a lead to a Account.
(as done in easiware CRM).

Recycling an opportunity as a lead
Hi,
In Sales process and Lead nurturing, best practices are to be able to re-send an opportunity to the marketing team for more lead nurturing.
In this case, it would be interesting to be able to send back an opportunity (in stand-by) to lead.

Closing opportunity
Hi,
We would prefer to be allowed to update the "close opportunity" screen (as lost or as win). As an example, some customer require to be able to enter the competitor in the win screen and sometimes some other information.

OptionSet requirements

OptionSet feature are not powerful enough to compete with other CRM applications :
- we should be able to link them as we do it with lookup (dependant optionset)
- we need to be able to select several values
- we should be able to display the colors for option set anywhere...
Current translation is awful
Currency management is not good enough
Hi,
We need to allow any user to enter data in his own currency even if it is not the currency by default of the system.
We also badly need to manage currency as a "translation" : when someone is in China looks at French records, he must be able to see in his own currency.
