Remove unsupported RapidStart Configuration from new company creation process
I believe this functionality was deprecated in 2015, but is still in the 18.x installation scripts. The Link to download and install sends me to the Microsoft Store to purchase a new Surface device. If this is no longer supported, it should be removed.
