adding custom entity in the category field to email template
Please add the custom entity as a selection for the Category field with trying to edit the email template. This would be really helpful in customize the email template.

Segmentation by activity type is unavailable in Realtime marketing.
This feature is unavailable in Realtime marketing even though it is an option for segmentation in the out bound marketing. Which causing several segmentation rules have to be recreated.
Render larger email in CRM
Large email isn't proper render in the timeline, which cause annoying user interface when working with.
Please determine a way to improve the system so that the large email is also rendered properly.
