PO Confirmation does not work if done immediately after Approval
Since a recent version of D365FO when a Purchase Order is approved and the user clicks immediately on the Confirm button this does not work. There needs to be a around 30 seconds or more gap between the status updating to Approved and the user clicking the Confirm button. This causes some problem...
