Allow test runthroughs of customer journeys
It would be nice to have a test mode available for customer journeys with some options like: - override the target segments to a list of internal testing users - allow manual skipping ahead in time to test scheduler tiles
Increase sorting options
Reports only allow you to specify one column for default sorting. At the very least, we should have this expanded to two columns to match the Advanced Find settings. It would really be ideal if the user could specify any number of column sortings when creating a view or report.
Alert on job suspension
It would be ideal if Dynamics could offer some built-in alerting functionality for system job states, such as the ability to call a webhook or send an email when a job becomes suspended.
