Need to do settlement in case of GL in transaction currency
ideally the settlement should be in transaction currency to avoid any kind of forex impact.
For eg:- we have balance in a GL ( XXXX) - 100 USD = 367.25 AED
and another entry have credit balance of 100 USD = 365 AED Now we can't do settlement of AED amount.

For now system allow us to do settlement in entity currency only. Ideally it should be in transaction currency to mitigate the differences of forex
