opportunities in contact insights
Hi,
I’ve noticed that within Contact Insight, it’s not possible to manage CRM tasks directly from Outlook. Specifically, the opportunity list and card are missing, which means we can’t update opportunities or assign emails to them.
Could this feature be added in a future update?

Direct Inbound Email Integration
Hi,
I’ve noticed that in Business Central, there’s no option to directly add inbound emails to the system. It would be great if recipients could choose where to store these emails, making them accessible to colleagues.
Could this feature be added in a future update?
