Remove the ability for Vendor Prospects to Delegate (User Options)
Remove the ability for Vendor Prospects to add delegation within User options. When a vendor prospect adds a delegation, they can see all employee names and emails. A vendor prospect hasn't even been approved yet and they have the ability to see this private information.
