Allow installing PTEs during the environment update window

The Admin Center API install allows to useEnvironmentUpdateWindow to deploy an App Source App.
This feature is not possible for PTEs with the Microsoft.NAV.upload API and it would be helpful to add it.

Fix translation of page scripting in French
When a page scripting run is a success the french translation of "Script completed without errors." is "Script terminé avec des erreurs." which is the exact opposite of the real message.
The right translation is "Script terminé sans erreur."

The current translation of "Run to here" is "Courez jusqu'ici" in French.
The correct translation is "Exécuter jusqu'ici".
