Allow Azure AD to be removed from external auth options in the Portal Add-On


Currently the Customer self-service portal add-on shows Azure AD as an out-of-the-box external authentication option and there's no way to remove it.  We have configured an OpenId Connect external auth option and do not want the Azure AD option to be available.
