Bullet Points need to Match Font Color
When you change the font color of a section of text that includes bullet points, the actual dots of the bullet points don''t change color. These should be able to match the color of the text so it looks uniform and shows up on a dark background.
Require Goals on Journeys
Our team keeps forgetting to set goals on their Journeys, and it really hampers our ability to track the success. It would be nice if goals were required or there was a pop-up before publishing a journey asking if the customer would like to set a goal.
Email Analytics - Track Forwards
It would be great to have the option to track if and who forwards an email sent through Customer Insights - Journeys in the same way that we can see who opens or clicks on an email.
Include and Exclude Members - search by Email or Contact Number
Currently when including or excluding individual Contacts from a RTM segment, you can only search by last name, first name. Hovering over the results allows you to see the email address, but it would be much more efficient if we could search by Contact Number or Email to ensure we are includin...
