File Type (Choose File & No file chosen) should also be considered for Translation in Metadata


When we have any field of File datatype, we don't have option to translate "Choose File" & "No file chosen". So, while doing Language change in D365, these two option remain AS IS. So, we should consider these two option in Metadata Translation file.
