Fix Close Income Statement Batch Job broken in 28.3 release
I believe that there is a new bug introduced with 28.3 with the Close Income Statement Batch job. 28.2 it works fine, but in 28.3 it does not. I logged a ticket with Microsoft, but got a reply back that this is by design, and if I want it changed I should log an idea on
