Portal Comment format and layout
Hello Team,
I face an “issue” with Comments between CRM and Dynamics Portal.
The Comment layout on portal does not fit the comment layout in CRM and vice versa – except if we use html tags, which is not user-friendly. See the example below:

Dears,
I often receive request from customers to be able to use drag and drop behaviour in order to attach documents into a Portal Comment.
A lot of web applications doing it today and it could save a lot of time.

Portal Comments basic formatting (blod, italic, underline, ect)
Dears,
Portal Comment is an extremely useful feature that is widely used to communicate between Portal and CRM.
It could be very nice to have a basic formatting like bold, italic, underline etc.
