Not able to cancel the "credit hold" form, system is asking cancellation reason as mandatory and not closing the form
In credit and collections, users have to unnecessarily state an account status reason if a 'credit hold' form opens even by mistake. The account status reason should not be compulsory and the form should close without any message.
A validation in the front end so as to know the report integration status as many users do not have the access to the Report Designer.
Since all the users do not have the access to Report Designer, if a validation about the report integration status can be provided in the front end while generating reports, it would be helpful to determine the correctness of the report generated.
