Ability to group and/or conditions in a Business Rule
It would be really helpful to be able to group multiple conditions together in a business rule, combining and/or logic into the condition, similar to adding filters to a view.
Ability to select multiple forms, but not all forms in a business rule
Currently if the desired scope of a business rule is form level, but it shouldn't be applicable to all forms, a copy of the rule has to be made for each form it is applicable for. Adding the ability to multi-select which forms the rule is applicable for would be a significant improvement.
Ability to limit Choice values within a business rule
Add the ability to conditionally limit choices available with a business rule. Currently if this functionality is desired to limit a set of choices based on another attribute on the record or form, JavaScript must be written.
Ability to use data from related records in business rule condition
It would be helpful to be able to set status (active/inactive) on choice values. This would be helpful when an organization wants to remove a value, but may need to bring it back in the future.
