Ability to change the default invoice posting policy in User Setup
Currently the default invoice posting policy is "Allow." It would be nice to be able to change what our system default is to "Prohibit." Then we would only have to add the few users to the user setup screen that are allowed to post an invoice and not have to add every single user that accesses...

Add field with last used date to the Item table
Can you add a field and record the last used date on the Item card / table? We would like to exclude items from reports that have no usage. Our Item Ledger Entry table is too large to filter against.
