Conditional activate leave when all leave is used for a specific leave type
When all the leave used for a specific type, conditionally overflow into another leave type automatically. For example, if an employee has used all of their sick leave, overflow into long term or unpaid leave automatically. This way the employee doesn't have to create a separate request.
Eligibility requirements for certain leave types
When an employee reaches a certain amount of service years, they may be entitle to additional leave. This leave should only be displayed to the employee once they've reached the specified years of service.
Enroll employees in more than one leave plan at a time based on eligibility
Based on an employee's eligibility, enroll her into multiple leave types. For example, an employee in the Client Services department that is salaried should be enrolled into the Client Services Salaried employee plan automatically.
Automatically enroll multiple employees into leave plans at the same time
Employees should be automatically enrolled into the appropriate leave plans based on their eligibility.
Allow working time calendars to have enrollment start and end dates
When assigning an employee a working time calendar, include enrollment dates. This would provide a history of when the employee was enrolled in specific calendars.
