Include all F&O user security changes in the Role Audit Trail.
Currently, the Role Audit Trail only captures security changes made manually by a system administrator user. It would be nice if the Role Audit Trail captured all changes to user(s) security such as Automatic Rule Assignments and Sub Roles.
