ReturnOrderHeaderEntity - allow insert/update for RMA header
There is not an entity to import RMAs. The entity ReturnOrderHeaderEntity has ReadOnly=true
The suggestion has been to create a new custom data entity. Checking instead if the built-in entity can be made to support instead/update.
