CRM import, export as of now just exports, imports entire entities which is additive though, if you consider a case of 2 different CRM implementations which have their own custom attributes and scripts on Account entity.

What it is not possible to select more than 8 fonts in CRM email template ? Why cant we get access to all fonts saved on machine ? like Notepad ?
We are suggested to use mail merge and use Word, but what if we dont want to spend money on MS Office ?
