Currently: if you pay more then (I think 13 Vendor Invoices) it triggers a check overflow which has the effect of "burning the next X checks ( depending on the number of invoices your paying) I.e. it will void 3 checks if you are paying 40 invoices.
Suggestion: Create option to print Overflow report after check run
I think I have submitted this idea before but it looks like is disappeared from the site. The oldest idea here I can see is 2 months ago while mine was few months (may be 6 or more months). Anyway I am resubmitting it here:
We are a Microsoft partner. We do have customers with Dynamics 365 for Financials among other licenses.
We do have delegated access (Unlicensed) to our customer's tenants.
When accessing Dynamics 365 online (CRM for example) our names as delegated admins are not stuck in the system and end users do not even see it unless they enable auditing.
With Dynamics 365 for Financials we see that our names as unlicensed delegated admins are stuck there among licensed user.
It would be nice if there is away to delete those users and even hide them as the purpose of the delegated admins is to help customer to troubleshoot or understand the problem.
Keeping those delegated admins in the list cause some confusion to the customer.
I hope it is clear.
The current API https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics-nav/fin-graph/resources/dynamics_salesorder is not usable out of the box for webshop owners because it doesn't have shipment adress support.

Category:I've been working on a demo in the Sandbox environment. Contact Insight is added to the Outlook home ribbon when you run ‘Set up your Business Inbox in Outlook’ from BC / Assisted Setup. Once you run this, you are sent an email which then adds it to the ribbon.
There is no way to have the Contact Insight functionality in Outlook to interface with the Sandbox environment thus limiting the ability to demo in the Sandbox.
Also, I have not been able to configure the Contact Insight to link with a specific company if the database has multiple companies.
It would be nice to be able to demo in the sandbox.
Currently when you post a transaction from a sub-ledger (e.g. Sales Invoice or Purchase Invoice), this system summarizes all the line items that hit the same G/L account and post to the G/L as a single line per account. This makes it very difficult to reconcile as the amounts you see in the G/L would not match any individual line from the original transaction. Further, if you select the G/L entry and navigate to the posted transaction, it shows you all line items for that transaction rather than just the line items that make up the specific G/L entry that you're looking at.
We would suggest that all line items get post to the G/L in detail to make it easy to reconcile between the G/L entry and sub-ledger transaction.
You can select multiple invoices from the sales invoices view but when you select post and send the feature only posts one of the selected invoices. Not sure if this is a bug or a new feature but it would be nice if you could select multiple invoices and process (post or post/send).
‘Sales Order’, if customer’s name has changed, and I want to do it on the sales order (adding “Ltd.” or something like this), but now system suggests to create new customer.
The following message appears:
This customer is not registered. To continue, choose one of the following options:
Create a new customer card for Coho Winery XXXX
Select an existing customer
This functionality cannot be enabled/disabled by (de-)selecting an option.
In some cases functionality has been felt unwanted from the customer perspective..
At this point is more accurate, when we are dealing with “cash customers”. That is, customer’s which pay in cash and are one-time customers. Before this, I could have used “generic” customer and change the customer info on the sales order. Now, it is impossible, and we are in a situation, where we have multiple customers in NAV, which are irrelevant, after the one-time sales.
On the Item table and related purchase document lines, the Vendor Item No. field is limited to Text 20. We regularly encounter customers with longer Vendor Item Nos. We don't want to consider extending the field as a modification.
Item Cross References also only offer a Code 20 field for a similar purpose.
Could you please consider extending the length of Vendor Item No. to Text 50?
