      Add Security to attract

      Attract is missing security like Talent on organization level. Now recruiters can see all applications for all legal entities in Attract. That is unacceptable for most organizations.

      Recruitment agencies which are interested in Attract dropp out due to these shortcomings. If not on organization level you should be able to assign job applications to certain recruiters or hiring managers.

      It should be possible to compare applications side by side

      In any stage in the process I want to view and compare applcations side by side. Assume we interviewed 4 candidates and collected feedback. Now I want to see these 4 candiates side by side to easily compare the interview feedback and make my hire/nohire decision.

      Rename 'Resume' to CV for en-GB language preference

      It's often distracts users in the UK if they they US-centric terms. A stronger term for 'Resume' under the en-GB language preference would be CV:

      Reject Reasons

      There should be some other options for reject reasons to include whether a candidate is someone for future consideration. Many times, while a candidate may not be a strong fit for the role they applied for, they might actually be a strong fit for a future role and as a recruiter I want to continue to maintain a list of candidates for future consideration. If there were an option of a reject reason as future consideration, it would allow a recruiter to filter on these candidates and if possible have functionality to create a dashboard showing all candidates for future consideration.

      It should be possible to add your own custom stages to the process

      Ability to Edit Notes or Add Additional Notes

      I just finished screening a candidate who had previously rescheduled. In the Screen page, I entered a note that he rescheduled. I've not completed the rescheduled screening and cannot edit or add to my notes.

      Job description should be rich text

      When creating a job detail, the Job Description field is a plain text field, but needs to support rich text for numbering, bullets and text formatting such as size, type, font, and style.

      Reading data from CV into talent

      Possibility to read the data from a CV into Dynamics so that a recruiter doesn't need to do the input for all the applicants themselve and just has to upload CV's to have all the necessary data.

      Allow Job templates to be shared

      It would be very useful to allow templates to be shared between users. The default template will only allow sharing of one template. For example, if a central HR Admin creates a number of job templates, these should be made available to all Attract users. Currently, this is creating a manual burden.

      Being able to filter applicants by stage

      It would be good to be able to filter your applicants by stage - not just Active and Closed.
