      Rename reject for unsuccessful candidates

      The name Reject is being seen as quite a harsh word within the application, particularly as we are dealing with human resources. Can you consider renaming the word reject.

      Candidate email for interview

      The candidate should be able to accept or ask for an alternative interview date/time directly from the email rather than having to sign up/sign into Talent.

      Extra email notifications

      Sending a mail to a recruiter when an applicant has accepted the meeting dates, so that they can continue with planning the interview. Otherwise they would have to check talent mote often to find out if there are any updates. Candidate doesn’t get mail when they are rejected, it would be better to send a mail when a candidate is rejected because they won’t check the environment on a regular basis. If they don't get a mail the experience with company will feel like a bad one and that is not good for applicants in the future.

      Candidate sign in should not have to be a LinkedIn account

      Not all candidates will have a LinkedIn account, it appears they are being forced to sign up to a LinkedIn account in order to review their application added to a job. Can we please activate without having a LinkedIn account, will certainly make like easier in a client demonstration environment as well.

      Candidate rejection emails

      When a candidate is rejected an email should be sent out notifying them of the rejection. There should be an option to select from a template or generate a new email from scratch
