Add reference to non conformancies in cases

In projects, we often intend to handle non conformancies in companies with cases, since they often need to be processed by different departments. Unfortunately, there's no reference for non conformancies in cases in Dynamics 365 fFO. We think it'd be a small but very useful improvement to extend the case reference enum with non conformancies.

This is much needed and would be very useful if the user looking into a case could get a full view of what activities that is planned or have been performed when a customer is sending goods back for investigation.

As we are in the process of moving to D365F&O from 2012, this has been brought up as an issue that needs rectifying (likely with development work).


there are other areas we would like to associate/reference as well, but non-conformances is definitely high on that list.

I agree seen this requirement come up a few times on customer projects and always have to extend using development to achieve it.
