Profile layout improvement

Current profile layout makes it difficult for users to capture key information that are widely used to perform daily tasks such as loan application, contact management, and keeping track of pipeline and tasks.

It would make sense to clean out unnecessary information, icons, and margins while capturing/highlighting key client/member information on a page/screen when users click on 'Profile' tab.

Main Tabs that can be joint to simplify while serving its purpose

Some of the tabs such as 'high priority notes' and 'memos' can be combined to serve mutual purpose which makes it more logical and simple while differentiating each note by color highlights by their importance level. In the same context, 'member discovery' and 'snapshot' can be combined to reflect member's overall financial/personal picture.

Increasing visibility of relevant information only (while hiding less relevant information from main screen)

As an example, on 'opportunities' tab, created opportunities appear with several unnecessary columns such as member name & email (which can be found above tabs) , actual closing date & value (which can appear on details upon clicking on each opportunity). Status can also be removed by separating rows by active opportunities and closed opportunities.

Other details

Several detail changes are recommended to add intuitiveness - ie. 'MCU Template' button name to change to 'Access Encore' removing time indication from 'member since' section. Many other detail changes could improve user experience and visibility.

More than happy to discuss details via zoom meeting.
