In earlier version of D365 we were able to apply filter on any list page and than can add that list page into related workspace. It helps user to directly access the list page with applied filter.
Eg. Navigate to All Vendors list page > Apply filter on groups field with any specific group and than add that into vendor information workspace as link. After this activity when wants to see vendor list page for one time vendor, user can go to workspce and click on link which was added earlier with filter.
This feature is not available in 10.0.12 I am not sure in which version MS discontinued this function but this was very helpful for us
