Microsoft 365 Message Center communicates important information to customers about new or changed features, planned maintenance or relevant topics.
The idea / ask is to:
- For customers with multiple domains, how can they have a centralized repository for a single source of information?
- It is needed to have specific link sites to go to for system outages in D365 and related services, i.e., PowerApps, is there a cheat-sheet where these links are compiled, without having to go to different locations for different services.
- Is there any future optimization on communications? a) Centralized, Prioritized, and organized to be able to check on outages in a proactive way?
