Microsoft 365 Message Center communicates important information to customers about new or changed features, planned maintenance or relevant topics.

The idea / ask is to:

  1. For customers with multiple domains, how can they have a centralized repository for a single source of information?
  2. It is needed to have specific link sites to go to for system outages in D365 and related services, i.e., PowerApps, is there a cheat-sheet where these links are compiled, without having to go to different locations for different services.
  3. Is there any future optimization on communications? a) Centralized, Prioritized, and organized to be able to check on outages in a proactive way?
