crm 2013: unable to set fiscal period to months

In 2011 it was possible to change the fiscal settings from the default (Q1,Q2...) to monthly (Jan 2013, Feb 2013...).
Changing this in 2013 has no effect - looking afterward to set a goal the settings are still set to default

This issue should be resolved and monthly fiscal periods should be working fine.

This is supposed to be fixed in UR1. Workaround at the moment is: Make sure a value is selected for the "Postfix" field. After changing the "Fiscal Period Template", make sure that you have a value selected as well for "How to display?" - "Fiscal Period".
