Please add See Full *document* as a dedicated button on the immersive home screen action pane. Only having "Approve/Deny" as the default options leads to rubber stamping, and launching the full document (purchase order, purchase requesition) should not be a hidden/nested decision

I agree! Its not naturally intuitive to have to select the three dots for more options. I would hope users are reviewing the full document before approving or rejecting, so it makes sense to have it being a more prominant button!
