In the Call Center you can attach all the (commission) sales groups to an order, in the POS it's limited to sales groups that are attached to workers with the same addressbook.
Why limit it in the POS to workers? It can be external people that you put in your address book but are not workers.

Thank you for the suggestion.
We utilized the address book mapping because we felt that in most cases, retailers would want to limit the choices of sales reps to those that work in the store. Perhaps this is too restrictive and should be more configurable.
Based on the feedback we receive here, we can consider this in a future update.
